![]() ![]() At first I was intimidated, but after seeing how much of the rulebook was rules vs. Since reading rules isn't my thing, I was surprised at how easy the rules were to get through. After that, I attempted to read the rules. When it came, I opened it right up and got to work applying the stickers to the blocks. I don't think I was ever as excited to see a game as I was to see this one. I waited and waited - finally the day came when the package arrived. ![]() I had never pre-ordered a game before, but I had enough faith in the designer that I had no problem ordering it when it became available. I waited a long time for Founding Fathers to come out. The game I was really looking forward to was a game that was going to be designed for 3-5 players and based on the Constitution. The first game is one I'll talk about a little later. After playing TS, and hearing that the designer was putting out some new games I was intrigued. I talked to my dad about CDGs and he showed me Twilight Struggle. I introduced Jen to it and she enjoys it too (except she hasn't won yet). As it turns out, it's a game that really opened my eyes to CDGs. I loved election games growing up so I figured it was an easy buy. A while back, when I decided to start looking at new games, I read about a game called 1960: The Making of the President here on BGG.
